Spacious double room available in a bright and comfortable house with loads of shared space — ideal if you want somewhere that feels like an actual home rather than just a room in a flatshare.

The bedroom is a really good size with plenty of natural light and enough space for a double bed, desk/work-from-home setup and storage without feeling cramped.

The house has a large fully equipped kitchen with loads of cupboard and counter space, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of fridge/freezer space. At the back there’s a bright conservatory/dining area overlooking the garden, which is great for eating together, working, or just hanging out.

There’s also a separate TV/lounge room, so there are plenty of communal areas and you’re not stuck spending all your time in your bedroom. Outside, there’s a private garden/patio with seating, perfect when the weather behaves.

The house also has bathroom facilities with both a bath and shower.

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who wants a relaxed and respectful home. We’re sociable and happy to chat, cook or hang out together, but everyone also has their own life and space — so there’s no pressure to constantly socialise.
