Cosy, solid-wood home is just missing final member

We’ve found a beautiful home near Shepherd’s Bush, and we’re currently looking for our final housemate!

The house has been thoughtfully designed with a warm and cosy atmosphere, featuring mostly solid-wood furniture and a proper open-flame gas hob for cooking. One of the biggest advantages is the generous amount of space — both the bedrooms and the shared living areas are spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy the home.

📍Great Location

The area around Shepherd’s Bush is incredibly convenient, with plenty of supermarkets nearby, including Waitrose, Whole Foods, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

Transport links are also excellent. If you’re a student studying in London like us, this could be an ideal place to live. From the area, you can reach Imperial College London, UCL, LSE, the Royal College of Art and the Royal College of Music within around 30 minutes by Tube.

That’s one of the biggest advantages of living around Shepherd’s Bush — you’re well connected to central London without necessarily having to live right in the middle of the busiest areas.

And despite the excellent transport links, you won’t have to worry about the city’s hustle and bustle disturbing your daily routine. The house is located on a quiet residential street, with a lovely park right nearby.

There are currently two of us confirmed:

Runze – I’ll be starting my MSc at Imperial College London in September.
Gonzalo – He’ll also be starting at Imperial College London in September.

We’re currently looking for one more housemate to complete the household.

My planned move-in date is 6 September, while Gonzalo is planning to move in on 15 September. If you have a different preferred move-in date, we’re happy to discuss and see what works for everyone.

You’ll have the west-facing room, which gets plenty of afternoon and evening sunlight.

And, honestly, having that extra sunlight is probably one of the most valuable things you can have during a British winter!

💷 Rent & Bills

£1,250 pcm, excluding bills.

Don’t worry about setting up the bills — we’ve both lived in the UK for several years, so we’re already familiar with arranging utilities, internet and other household services.
