Bright funished room in Shepherd's Bush

Hiya Spareroomers! I'm looking for a friendly and easy going housemate to join me in my newly redecorated 2 bedroom home in Shepherd's Bush.
Ideally I'd prefer to have someone looking for a long term place, but short term stays will also be considered.

I'd love to find someone who wouldn't mind sometimes hanging out or chatting together in the evenings and weekend. It would be great to chat about books, watch tv or head to the pub from time to time.

• The room is a small double, furnished with a double bed and mattress as well as wardrobe. Bright and sunny, it overlooks the neighbours gardens.

• The room comes with its own bathroom (including shower), and also has additional storage there.

• Modern and airy kitchen, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.

• Kitchen leads out to a small sheltered balcony.

• Large separate living room with a tv and dining table.

• All bills included - heating, electricity, water, council tax, internet.

Commuting times and connections:
• Less than 5 mins walk to shepherd's Bush overground and underground (central line) tube station

• Less than 5 mins to Shepherd's Bush bus station

• Less than 5 mins walk to Shepherd's Bush Market underground (Hammersmith and City and Circle lines)

• 5 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre, including the shops and restaurants there

• Several supermarket options on the block, including a Sainsbury's local and Lidl

There is potential for a work from home space too, which could be used for an additional cost.

I also sometimes foster cats, so a cat lover would be preferred.
