I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a friendly 3-bedroom house in Shepherd’s Bush from 1st October 😊

📍 Great location & transport
The house is really well connected, with easy access to Shepherd’s Bush Market (Hammersmith & City/Circle lines) and Shepherd’s Bush station (Central line & London Overground), plus plenty of buses including late-night services.

Westfield London is also nearby, so you have shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pretty much everything you need within easy reach.

🏡 The room & house
The room is bright and spacious with plenty of natural light. It comes with a 4ft 6 double bed, new mattress and good wardrobe/storage space, with enough room to add some of your own furniture and make the space feel like yours.
The house has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.

You’ll be living with two friendly working professionals. It’s a relaxed household where everyone is friendly but also respects each other’s space — a nice balance if you enjoy having people around while still having your privacy.

💷 Costs
Rent: £800 per month
Around £950 per month INCLUDING ALL BILLS during the colder winter months.
This includes council tax, water, internet, gas and electricity. Outside winter, the total is usually lower. Gas and electricity are on a top-up system and shared between the three housemates, so the exact amount varies depending on usage.

📑 Tenancy
This is an official change of tenant, not a sublet. The new tenant will complete the agency’s referencing process and, once approved, take over my place on the tenancy. The current tenancy runs until 28 February 2027.

📅 Available from 1st October, with a little flexibility around the exact move-in date.
