A large single self contained studio with a small double bed with ensuite shower, toilet & kitchenette going for £650 inc ALL bills for ONE person. Although this room is outside the house (back of garden)..it is fully insulated, furnished with hobcooker/mini oven , microwave oven, fridge freezer, small double bed with memory foam mattress, ironing board, chair, study table ,lots of shelves for storage plus unlimited Sky Wifi and can provide a Sky Q mini box and TV if required. A portable gas heater is also provided during winter. The Central Line tube runs behind the property....so not suitable for light sleepers. The studio is VERY private.. you have the unique freedom of coming and going as you please. It is very secure & you will be given 2 keys...one for your 'studio' and the other is the side garden door where you can park your bike safely. It is a very safe and convenient area. We are next to Hammersmith, Queen Charlotte's Hospital & Imperial College on Ducane road. Westfield Shopping Centre is one tube stop away & 20 minutes bus ride away. Tube station is only 2 minutes walk and it takes 20 minutes tube to West End & there are frequent buses 72, 283, 7 and 228. Convenient 24 hour tube & night buses. My current lodger has lived there for past 8 years but had to move for his new job outside London. For viewing on weekdays ..after 6.30pm only. This place might NOT be suitable for some women as it is amongst some shrubbery and this summer being warm, has seen an increased presence of spiders.
