Shepherds Bush (Great price & location)

Household currently has 3 tenants (1 male and 2 females), all Irish. Two are moving out at the end of the month due to work arrangements.

The remaining girl in the house in the house is a professional aged 29. She is very easy to get on with and lovely to live with. She enjoys being social in the living room but also respects personal space. The house is ideal for any professional looking to live a bit more central but not getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of the center of London.

The room is in a 3 bedroom house with excellent access amenities. There are plenty of grocery shops at the end of Oaklands Grove. It is a 5min walk to Shepherds Bush Market tube station (Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines) and 10 min walk to Shepherds Bush Station (Central Line). There are 4 bus routes which stop at the end of our road. On average it takes 20-30mins to get into central London (Piccadilly Circus. Westfield shopping centre is 10min walk from the house. Location is ideal for price!

The road itself is very quiet and yet is very close to a main road. Parking is on street.

The room is a single bedroom with a large wardrobe and drawer space. A personal bathroom is also with the room and a shared shower/bathroom is upstairs. Living space is very comfortable. House is fully furnished.
