Double Rm 7 Min Wlk From Shepherds Bush Westfield

We are a couple and a male looking to fill our lovely house share right in Shepherds Bush. If you are clean, tidy and relatively chilled out this is the house for you. I work as a flight attendant for Qantas and Paul as a solicitor, Joff working in IT so we are looking for a flatmate that is full-time employed too. Someone who is fun and easy-going but at the same time respectful, we also like to relax with a few drinks and a chat, we'd like this to be a home and enjoy the occasional house meal or weekend glass of wine/beer.
We are both Australian and Joff English. Ideally looking for a professional similar to the current housemates to move in as soon as possible.
The flat has a bright lounge room, a clean tidy kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge and freezer. The house also has a washing machine as well as a dryer.
There room is very bright with a large inbuilt wardrobe as well as a chest of draws etc...
Westfield shopping centre is about 8 minutes walk away, Chiswick high street and Hammersmith are about 25 mins walk away (10 mins on the bus.)
The nearest train stations are Shepherds Bush Market (5 mins walk), Shepherds Bush (Overground and Central line - 8 mins walk)
The rent mentioned does not include bills, they are estimated at around 90 (which will include, Sky Variety (with sports and movies), Unlimited wifi, Electricity, Water, Gas, Council tax, as well as house shared items inc toilet paper, dishwashing tablets/liquid, paper towels).

We would ideally be looking for a female as we would like to keep the balance in the house. It is perfectly situated with all amenities at the top of the street. Please contact myself asap for a viewing.
