The house is 10 minutes walking from Shepherd`s Bush station(Hammersmith and City Line), 15 minutes from Shepherds Bush St(Central Line), 10 minutes walking from White City station and 10 minutes walking from Westfield Shopping Center. The house is refurbished, there`s a nice garden, fully fitted kitchen.
Rent includes all bills except gas and electricity (typically £22 p/m)
So (High Speed Broadband, Council Tax, TV Licensing, and Water are inclusive in the rent).
