This gorgeous first floor flat is situated just off the bustling Shepherds Bush green in a quiet residential road, and is a few minutes walk from the huge array of restaurants and shops at Westfield White City (open til 10pm!). It also has great transport links, sitting in between 3 tube stations, and the rail links from Shepherds Bush.

As well as Westfield there are other amazing restaurants and bars within minutes walk from the flat, as well as lovely cafes in the Brook Green area.
This would make a perfect flat for a couple who want more than a cramped studio, but rather a decent sized home. The flat has been wonderful to live in and we are very sad to be leaving, plus the landlady is also extremely nice!

The rent is only £1100 a month (less than some shared residences are asking for!) and you can purchase a residents parking permit and guest passes if you have a car. Council tax and bills are not included, but are always extremely reasonable.

A deposit and fee for reference checks will be required from the estate agent, and the rent is usually taken on the 1st of each month.
