Amazing room available in Shepherds Bush!

I am extremely sad to be leaving this flat, it is in an amazing location and the flatmates are seriously wonderful. Not only is it right next to Westfield and very close to lots of transportation, but the room has its own patio and its very affordable!
I am unfortunately leaving the country so I have to find someone to take my room by Dec 1 but the move-in date can be flexible if you need to move in sooner.
The girls you will be sharing with are clean, respectful and lots of fun to be around. The flat is not a party flat so please note if you plan to party, take it elsewhere.
The room will come fully furnished and since I am moving out of the country there are other optional things you can purchase from me and save you the hassle of moving stuff! Happy to discuss in person.
Lastly, there is also a £120 admin fee that you will be required to pay for the change of lease.
The last detail to note is the flat does not have a shared living space as we have converted the living room into a bedroom to make it more affordable.
