Couple Wanted For Short Term Lease.

We're looking for a couple who has an easy going personality and is tidy. The room is available from Sunday, November 23. However we have only recently been told by our landlords that they intend to renovate the property from May 2015. Therefore the lease will only be for 6 months, if this suits you, please read on.

The room is very spacious in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette and comes fully furnished with a double bed with loads of built in storage. In terms of communal spaces, there's a large living room with a dining table where we do hang out and share meals/drinks occasionally. Weather permitting, we also make a lot use of the private upstairs terrace for BBQs.

Located a few minutes walk from Shepherds Bush market station, Westfield and Shepherds Bush central line station, it is a great location for transportation links.

Current house mates include 1 female registered nurse and 1 male cheese monger.

The property is managed by a real estate agent which will mean a bond deposit and reference checks will be required.

Note that the above rent amount does not include contribution to bills and kitty which is usually £80 per person per calendar month.
