Large shared daytime workspace/lounge and courtyard.

Large shared kitchen & dining area, bathroom, two loos.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with eye-level oven, double sink and drainer, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge freezer, toaster, micro-wave, juicer, blender, high-stool, table and chairs.

There is gas central heating, instant hot water and an airing cupboard. The windowed bathroom upstairs has an old-style bath and power shower; there is a second toilet on the ground floor. There are window locks and an alarm system.

ALL bills are included, right down to TV license, super fast wi-fi, and weekly cleaner.

The house is ideally situated in Shepherd's Bush just a few minutes walk to Proud Mary's cafe and Princess Victoria pubs, Post Office, Co-op/shops, Wormholt Park, Phoenix leisure centre with pool & gym.

The landlord infrequently stays over when in town.

VIEWINGS: This weekend (22nd/23rd) Sat 6-8pm and Sunday after midday - then evenings after 6pm.
