Clean, Quiet with excellent transport links

Hello,

I am looking for a new flatmate, to share my home with me, which is excellent for anyone who knows or likes west london, and Shepherds Bush area in particular.

The flat is the top two floors terraced property which is very quiet despite being between uxbridge road and goldhawk road. Depending on where you are trying to get to, you have a number of transport links; walking you can get to Ravenscourt Park or Shepherds Bush market in 10 minutes, or by bus you can reach Shepherds Bush central line in 10-15 minutes with multiple buses each day. You can chose from Acton Park, Ravenscourt Park, Shepherd Bush green or with a little more effort Brook Green or Holland Park (though these would take about 20-30 minutes to walk to).
The area has undergone a radical transformation and so you have a wide range of specialist shops like Ginger Pig butchers, wine shops and three supermarkets, Sainsbury's Tesco and a 24 hour NISA as well as easy access to Westfield.

The flat itself is two bedrooms and one bathroom with an upstairs open plan kitchen, living room (complete with dish washer, washing machine, sky , broadband and all modern amenities) and bedrooms downstairs.

The room is a small double and comes furnished with king sized bed and I am happy to provide new pieces if needed or you are welcome to bring your own items. The whole flat has been updated recently so new Kitchen, new wooden floors, new bathroom, new paint.

You will be sharing with me as the live in landlord, but I dont want the house to feel like you are a stranger. I work pretty long hours during the week and tend to be pursuing my passion for running as there are numerous routes to enjoy though I tend to be more home based over the weekend, seeing family who live nearby or relaxing.

I am a relatively handy cook and happy to improve myself in this capacity if you want to have dinner in the flat; I like to come back to a calm and peaceful flat and so if you want somewhere to gather yourself at the end of the day and relax then I welcome the chance to show you around.
