The closest tube station is Ravenscourt park station which is 7 min walking distance from the apartment and takes you to the centre in less than 10 min. Goldhwak road tube station (hammersmith city line) is a 10 min walk from the flat.
There is also a 24/24 hour bus just downstairs that gets you to the centre in less than 15 min.
