Hi there! We are a couple living in our split level lower ground and first floor maisonette on a calm, leafy residential road in Shepherds Bush. The property is walking distance to bus, overground and underground stations. Westfield shopping centre is a 20 minute walk.

The large, 18.5 square metre double bedroom is newly refurbished, which includes brand new furniture. Although you will have access to the main, modern kitchen, the bedroom also has it's own fridge and kettle. Next door to the bedroom is a large, modern three-piece bathroom with plenty of storage. This bathroom is mainly for the tenant's use, as we have separate shower and toilet facilities.

Just to note that it is very important for the tenant to be an animal lover as we have 2 dogs and a cat.
