Modern double room in Shepherds Bush

A modern double room in a 2-floor flat in Shepherds Bush, refurbished only 10 months before, will be available from the 9th of September.

Currently, we are two Greek male professionals and a female PhD student (all in our early 30s) living in the flat for the past one year. Since she decided to leave us alone and live with her boyfriend, we are looking for a third flatmate to occupy the double room that will become available.

The room is extremely spacious and bright, with a huge window, a large wardrobe, a set of drawers and even more drawer space under the double bed. There is more than enough space for a desk and even more furniture.
The room is on the bottom floor of the flat while the toilet-bathroom is just next to it. The shower is shared with one of the other two tenants.

The top floor of the flat consists of a bright and comfortable living room with two modern couches, and a sofa table. The living room is connected to the kitchen which is also very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities (oven, fridge etc) and a comfortable kitchen table.

The location of the flat is extremely convenient as it is a 8-min walk from district line (Stamford Brook), a 15-min walk from Hammersmith tube station and a 20-min walk from Shepherds Bush. It is also well connected to all these stations and the rest of London with two 24h buses 266 and 94 just outside the house. We are all working at Imperial College in South Kensington which is less than 30 mins door-to-door.
The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly with many big grocery shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants located in an 1-3 minutes distance. Ravenscourt Park is also only 6-7 minutes away.
