There is a bus stop just at the end of the road where you can take so many buses to the tube stations or you can walk to them (10min). 15min walk to Westfield Shopping Centre.

Nearest tube stations: Shepherds Bush Central Line, White City, Wood Lane, Shepherds Bush Market (Circle and Hammersmith and City). 10min bus to Hammersmith station.
