Double Room for single person

Hi there we are Ennio and Rachel (Italian and Irish) and we are looking for a single professional person to come and live in this fantastic flat with a cosy garden.

The room is very decent size with a comfy double bed, and plenty of storage options.
All the bills and internet are included in the rent, we like our privacy but we also enjoy to share the occasional glass of wine, or a meal.
The flat is professionally cleaned every two weeks.
Couples accepted but the price will be £860.

The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need apart for the dishwasher.

We have a lovely garden for barbecues or simply to relax.

Busses are 2 min walk away and the stations of White City, Shepard's Bush and Shepherd's Bush Market are within 10-15 min walking distance.
