Gorgeous and bright single room available beginning of February. This exceptional flat share is located in the heart of Sheperds bush. We are a friendly and diverse mix of young professionals, seeking a 4th person. This three bedroom flat is shared by a Canadian and Irish couple and an English guy.

The Flat:

-Main bathroom only shared by the two single rooms, making it really handy during busy times

-Kitchen is compact but effective, including lots of storage and new appliances: microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine, etc.

-Located on a quiet residential street providing easy access to off street parking

-The upstairs portion of the flat is the most impressive. Not only is there a massive living room with extra dining area but there's also a huge private outdoor patio that extends over three levels with various potted plants, herbs, veggies and a BBQ. Summertime is amazing.

-Loads of storage throughout, plenty of extras and is just a warm and cosy place to live. Definitely a hidden gem, especially for central London!

The bills are extra and run about £100 pp p/m however depending on usage of gas/electric can be less in the warmer seasons. These include: council tax, TV licence, gas/elec, water, wifi and a biweekly CLEANER to scrub all the common areas.

As for convenience, again this space cannot be beat! Super handy to shops, banks, parks, gyms, restaurants, QPR/Fulham stadium and of course, Westfield. Incredibly easy access to the Eurostar, Gatwick, Heathrow and the M4. The best part? Within 10-20min walking distance to 6 DIFFERENT tube lines to connect you anywhere:
