Very quiet Double Bedroom for single occupancy with window to the rear on the First Floor of a very quiet 1930's terrace house overlooking Wormholt Park and close to Westfield Shopping Centre on a quiet residential street.
Room with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Microwave in room. No Kitchen use.
Recently refurbished. Large Rear Garden.
I usally leave the house at 9 a. m. and return at 6.30 p. m. Sometimes I pop home for lunch from 1-2 p. m.
You should be a quiet and considerate person who would treat the house like it was their own. You are a professional who leaves the house for work.
I managed to retain most of the original features incl. the doors that were beautifully restored. The doors are not 100% soundproof so I would expect to keep noise down after 11 p. m.
I am not in a rush of finding anyone, I rather pick the right person that will fit here and is willing to stay for a while.
All previous tenants were sad to go and loved the tranquility of the house, the garden and the peaceful surroundings. The household is friendly but we also respect boundaries and give each other space. I would expect you to be reasonable, tidy,
no boyfriends/ girlfriends staying over please and smoking in the garden only.
