A lovely loft room is available for a single person in clean and quiet house. Exclusively to non smokers. The house is very conveniently placed only 5 min from East Acton tube station. On Central line. The room is fully furnished and share a bathroom with two other tenants. I am looking for clean and quiet person, and someone who does not need to use kitchen much-reflected in price. 6 months is minimum stay, 2 weeks deposit required and 4 weeks rent in advance.
