It's a large double bedroom, fully furnished with a lot of storage space/wardrobes, comfortable double bed with a new ergonomic mattress.
A lot of natural sunlight and double glazed windows.
There is space for a desk in the bedroom too for working from home.
The room has Its own modern bathroom with large bathtub.

The flat is 4 minutes walk from Old Street station in a very quiet street inside a green conservation area.

Bus stops are 1min away, Old St station 3-4min walk.
Liverpool st is 10-15min walk.

THE FLAT
Contemporary converted flat with a minimal Scandinavian design in a historical building.

There is a modern open plan kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher), large living room, big balcony overlooking gardens, elevator.
Very warm in the winter and cool in the summer because of the green areas surrounding it.

I work in the creative industry myself and looking for an easy-going, calm, clean and friendly flatmate.
