We have a cozy double room available in our 5 bedroom share house from around the 1/10/2026. The location is amazing, in the heart of Old Street/Shoreditch, and only a 2 min walk to Old Street underground station.
The bedroom available is a quiet room facing the laneway off Old St, it comes with plenty of built in shelving, a desk, chair and a double bed.

The House:
- Spacious lounge room with 3 couches, cable TV, dining table
- Well-stocked kitchen with modern cooking facilities (inc dishwasher)
- 2 x bathrooms/toilets
- A washing machine and a dryer
- a dishwasher

Rent: £810pcm – this includes all bills and a cleaner who comes weekly to clean the communal areas and the common expenses for the house (dishwasher tabs, etc).
Deposit: £660

As for your housemates - you’d be living with 4 people! All young working professionals aged between 27 – 33 who get along well with one another. It’s a fairly social household, and can catch up at night over dinner or a few drinks in the lounge. That being said we’re definitely not a party house, and respect everyone’s privacy and downtime.
