We are looking for someone to share our home from 1 August. The lease is month-to-month, but we'd like to find someone that plans to stay for at least a year. We’re a queer-friendly, creative English/Arabic/French/Spanish -speaking house: a fine artist, a chef and jewellery designer, between 28-32 years old.

Our four bedroom, 2.5 bath, four-story house has just been completely refitted with double-glazed windows and comes with a private garden, secure parking and overlooks Shoreditch Church Park. We're minutes away from Arnold Circus and Columbia Road as well as several supermarkets (Longdan, The Grocery, Budgens, Tesco Express/Sainsbury’s Local). We're also walking distance to Broadway Market and parks like Haggerston, London Fields and Victoria.

Your room is East/garden-facing on the second floor and comes with a new double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Your bathroom is on the same floor and shared with Raf + Thiri.

Move in date is slightly flexible.
Bills are not included in the rent and are roughly £145/month (council tax = £50/month, internet = £8/month, water = £30/month, gas + electric = £45/month, cleaner x2 monthly = £32/month), and you will also be responsible for a one-time deposit protection of £40.
