There is a large double room in the flat available in a few months, so there is a possibility of upgrading to a larger room later in the year.

BILLS

All bills are included in the room except for the cleaner. The tenants hire a cleaner that comes 3 hours once a week and charges £45pw (£15 per tenant). She does an amazing job and can be trusted. Tenants can choose to do the cleaning of the whole flat once a week instead of hiring the cleaner.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT

_ 7 mins walk to Old Street station, Northern line
_ 2 minutes walk to street market, supermarkets, 1 min walk to
grocery shop.
_ 5 mins walk to Hoxton Square and Shoreditch with plenty of
shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs.

The nearest station is Old Street. Hoxton is also near by. Liverpool Street is about 10-15 min walk. . Bus 394 (to Angel) stops right outside the door. There are many Santander cycle decks on the street and surrounding area.
Shoreditch park is 2 minutes walk from the property. There is a leisure centre offering a lot of indoors sports/activities. There are organic shops and vegetarian/vegan restaurants near by. Trendy Shoreditch :)

FLATMATES

They are quiet and friendly. Excellent tenants. Great neighbours. Young professionals.

The landlady is cool and caring. Will look after tenants well and make sure they are happy. She is a member of the Landlord National Association and has been renting properties for the past 15 years. Our caretaker lives in the same block so if something needs fixing he is always near to hand.

PETS
We are animal lovers in the flat but unfortunately, there is a cat allergy. Dogs or other pets are fine.
