Huge double bedroom with the best view in London!

Room available 1 February 2025 (or mid Jan) in a gorgeous flat in the middle of the unfeasibly beautiful Arnold Circus, a stone's throw from Shoreditch and Columbia Road.

Room is a wonderful space, with built-in shelving, parquet flooring, and the best view you're likely to find in London. Previous housemate is leaving a luxurious £800 mattress, with bed frame, and some amazing Ikea shelving.

Kitchen and bathroom are both brand new, and very nicely done. We have a bikeshed outside if you're a cyclist.

£1300 includes all bills. The contract runs from month-to-month, so you're not locked in. But by all means stay if you like us!

You will be sharing with me, a writer working on a YouTube channel about politics/philosophy, and one other person (tbc). It's a quiet flat, and we keep ourselves to ourselves for most of the week - but up for a party now and then!

We talk a lot of politics, but really don't care if you're a conservative or a communist so long as you're good people.

Strong preference for office workers, but one day WFH negotiable.
