The room can be fitted with a double bed , by arrangement . But, for one person only. I. e. no couples/sharers

BILLS
The rent is £1000 pcm + bills ( electricity, water + household items . Toilet tissues) etc . You would need to put down a holding deposit of £230, should in case you decide to take the room.
