Room-size measurements are: 13 m2. (approx) &, is located on the 4th floor. With a West-facing view.
Fully furnished with, Lge wardrobe.
Wooden desk & chair. Separate pine chest of draws.
Windows are quite large with newly fitted curtains.
The room is a double But, for one person only. I. e. no couples/sharers
BILLS
The rent is £1200 pcm + bills ( electricity, water + household items . Toilet tissues) etc . You would need to put down a holding deposit of £300, should in case you decide to take the room. However, this amount will be taken off the 1st Month rent on date of move-in .
Usual references are required.

We are looking for a replacement housemate to share our home and replace our , existing , lovely warm, kind and exceptionally considerate housemate . Who will be returning home to Asia . The new person must be viable and be in a good/ secured position to, maintain the current rent throughout the rental period. Must be exceptionally clean & tidy, reliable, and able to treat our home as their own. Also, Kind sociable & respectful to all As this is how we live/culture . Maximum number of adult housemates , three .
All interested parties, will be required to share a preferred Whats-app for the purpose of having a little chat prior to viewing + more .
