- Furnishings: Solid pine double bed, large wardrobe, wooden desk and chair, separate pine chest of drawers, and large windows with newly fitted curtains.
- Occupancy: Double room for one person only (no couples or sharers).
Rent & Bills
- Rent: £990 per month + bills (electricity, water, and household items like toilet tissue).
- Deposit: £230 holding deposit, deducted from the first month’s rent upon move-in.
- Terms: Minimum rental period of 6 months, subject to a rent review after 3 months.
