Looking for a roomate for our spare double-bedroom in our very cozy flat/apartment where we also tenants.

The flat itself is located in a very quiet area of Shoreditch on the Boundary Estate around Arnold Circus on the 4th/top floor. It's situated only a couple minutes walk away from Shoreditch High Street Station and about 10/15 minutes walk from both Old Street and Liverpool Street stations. There are also very good bus links available extremely close to the flat.

The room faces the courtyard of the flat buildings as opposed to the road situated on the other side, so its quiet all day and night even at weekends. The double room has enough space for all essential furniture and the bed frame/matress is already provided.

The shared kitchen is incredibly modern with stainless steel surfaces coupled with bespoke wooden shelving units. If you love wine there is also a wine refrigerator and special hanging shelves for glasses. The shared living room is also very spacious, with a lounge area for reading and relaxing as well a TV.

The flat has a shared shower/bathroom and a separate room with a toilet, whilst there is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer/hanging facilities. There is also a decent amount of storage room in the living room of the flat if needed.
