Double-Bedroom next to Shoreditch High Street

Looking for a roomate for our spare double-bedroom in our very cozy flat/apartment where we are also tenants.

3 of us currently live here, me (Jacob), my wife Annie and our roomate Lily all aged between 27-30. We’re looking for someone who gets a long with us and enjoys living in a shared environment where it’s a very much a home to be lived in rather than everyone staying in their bedrooms and never socialising.

The flat itself is located in a very quiet area of Shoreditch on the Boundary Estate around Arnold Circus on the 4th/top floor (no elevator as it’s an old but historic building). It's situated only a couple minutes walk away from Shoreditch High Street Station and about 10/15 minutes walk from both Old Street and Liverpool Street stations. There are also very good bus links available extremely close to the flat.

The room faces the courtyard so its quiet all day and night even at weekends. The double room has enough space for all essential furniture and the bed frame/matress is already provided but can be removed on request.

The shared kitchen is incredibly modern with stainless steel surfaces coupled with bespoke wooden shelving units. If you love wine there is also a wine refrigerator and special hanging shelves for glasses. The shared living room is also very spacious, with a lounge area for reading and relaxing as well a TV.

The flat has a shared shower/bathroom and a separate room with a toilet, whilst there is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer/hanging facilities. There is also a decent amount of storage room in the living room of the flat if needed.
