Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going professional to share my spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex in the heart of Shoreditch. The room is available now until 21 February 2027 (approximately a 7-month stay), with the possibility of renewing.

The Room

* Unfurnished double bedroom
* Exclusive use of your own bathroom (not ensuite)
* All Bills & Wi-Fi included
* The bedroom photos are reference photos showing how previous tenants have furnished and used the space. The room will be completely unfurnished before move-in.
* There is currently a double sofa bed available, which I’m happy to leave if you’d like to use it.

* Spacious 1,223 sq ft duplex
* Large open-plan living and dining area
* Private balcony
* 24-hour concierge & lift
* Air conditioning in the living area
* Washing machine & dishwasher
* Just a 2 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street station and Liverpool Street station 10 minute walk

About Me

I’m 27 and work in finance. I work from home two days a week and am in the office the other three.

I also have a 2-year-old Golden Retriever called Moose. He’s incredibly friendly, well-behaved, and loves people. On the days I’m in the office, he’s off having fun at doggy daycare, so the flat is nice and quiet during the day.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, and considerate. It would be lovely to find another professional who enjoys a relaxed home environment—someone who’s happy to chat over dinner, watch a film, or share a glass of wine now and then, but also appreciates having their own space.

You’ll have exclusive use of your own bathroom (pictured), and I’m happy to have the bath converted into a shower before you move in if you’d prefer.
