Large Ensuite Master Bedroom

This large, furnished en-suite master bedroom is available in a block directly on Hoxton Square.

I keep the flat extremely clean, tidy and organised, and we also have an excellent cleaner who comes once every two weeks. I’m looking for someone similarly conscientious and respectful who will treat the flat as their home.

I work in the City as a trader and am in the office five days a week, so the flat is generally quiet and free during the working day if you occasionally work from home. I keep fairly early hours, getting up early to go to the gym, and although I’m sociable and easy to get along with, this isn’t a party flat.

The best fit would be someone friendly and communicative who enjoys chatting and catching up, rather than spending all their time behind a closed door, while still respecting each other’s privacy and independence.

The flat is on the third floor (with lift or stairs). It is ideally located for the City, central London and the rest of East London. Old Street station is around a seven-minute walk away for the Northern line and National Rail, Hoxton Overground station is around ten minutes away, and Liverpool Street is approximately a 15-minute walk.

Bills are not included and currently work out at approximately £200 per person per month.
