Cosy room, 1 minute from Columbia Road.

I'm moving out with my partner, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room. It's a 1-minute walk from Columbia Road (yes, the Sunday flower market mornings are on your doorstep!) and 15 - 20min walks to Old Street station and Liverpool Street station.

Alexandra and Dimitar are the flatmates staying on, and they are two sociable 27-year-old professionals working in finance in the Liverpool Street area. We've been living together for the past 4 years, and we're all friends from university at Bath. They work 3-4 days a week from the office and travel a lot during the year. We're looking for someone who enjoys a chat in the kitchen and a hangout in the living room, but who also has their own activities. Someone clean, considerate and easy to get along with.

The flat is fully equipped and spacious, located on a chilled, quiet street but very close to good transport links (Shoreditch High Street, Old Street, Hoxton, Liverpool Street), cafés, bars and parks.

Rent for the room is £910 pcm, bills are approx. £100 - 150 pcm. Available as soon as possible, with a preference for long-term stays.
