The location is honestly one of the best things about the flat. We’re right between the canal and the park, with a completely unobstructed view from the flat, while the street itself is quiet and peaceful. There are loads of great cafés, pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

The flat is around 800 sq ft and comes fully furnished. The landlords have left pretty much everything you could need, including a 75-inch TV, sound system and plenty of other furniture and appliances.

A little about me:
I’m 30 (M), Brazilian and work in marketing. My job keeps me quite busy and I spend a fair amount of time out of the flat, usually working from the office around 3 days a week, as well as visiting clients, attending work events and travelling quite a lot throughout the year.

So although I’m sociable and enjoy having a good chat or grabbing a drink together from time to time, I’m also quite independent and have my own routine.

I love cooking and I’m always happy to share a meal. I’m also quite active and into sports, I go to the gym, surf and generally like keeping active. I play a bit of guitar as well.

I enjoy going out from time to time, but I’m definitely not the type to bring the party home. I like the flat to be a comfortable and peaceful place to live, and I’m quite tidy and organised, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same way.

Overall, I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and clean flatmate who wants to share a nice home rather than simply rent a room.

Couples: I’m open to considering a couple as well. In that case, the rent would be adjusted to one-third each, as there would be three people sharing the flat.
