I’m looking for a housemate to share my amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat with me. The available room comes with its own private bathroom. The flat is fully furnished, spacious and recently built, in a fantastic location in Shoreditch, right on the edge of De Beauvoir Town.

The location is honestly one of the best things about the flat. We’re right between the canal and the park, with a completely unobstructed view from the flat, while the street itself is quiet and peaceful. There are loads of great cafés, pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

The flat is around 800 sq ft and comes fully furnished. The landlords have left pretty much everything you could need, including a 75-inch TV, sound system and plenty of other furniture and appliances. Another great feature is the natural light, the flat is south-facing, with large windows in both bedrooms and the living room, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the space throughout the day.

There are also bus stops right outside the building, with routes towards London Bridge, Tottenham, Highbury and other parts of London.

£1,800 per month for the available room – all bills included.
You would be sharing the flat with me, while having your own double bedroom and private bathroom.

A little about me:
I’m 30 (M), Brazilian and work in marketing. My job keeps me quite busy and I spend a fair amount of time out of the flat, usually working from the office around 3 days a week, as well as visiting clients, attending work events and travelling quite a lot throughout the year.

So although I’m sociable and enjoy having a good chat or grabbing a drink together from time to time, I’m also quite independent and have my own routine.

I love cooking and I’m always happy to share a meal. I’m also quite active and into sports, I go to the gym, surf and generally like keeping active. I play a bit of guitar as well.

I enjoy going out from time to time, but I’m definitely not the type to bring the party home. I like the flat to be a comfortable and peaceful place to live, and I’m quite tidy and organised, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same way.

Overall, I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and clean flatmate who wants to share a nice home rather than simply rent a room.

Couples: I’m open to considering a couple as well. In that case, the rent would be adjusted to one-third each, as there would be three people sharing the flat.
