# Bright & spacious double room in the heart of East London – 4-month sublet

**Available 19th December 2026 – end of April 2027**

**£846 per month + bills**

We're looking for someone to take over our lovely room for four months while we're away on sabbatical.

The room is a large, furnished double on the top floor of a charming terraced house, with two big windows letting in loads of natural light. There's also a built-in cupboard on the landing for hanging clothes. We'll clear out the chest of drawers and landing cupboard for you to use, and store our own belongings neatly under the bed, so you'll have plenty of space for your things.

The house has a lovely garden and is shared with three very friendly and considerate housemates. The top floor bathroom is shared between two rooms, while the other two bedrooms on the floor below have their own bathroom.

**The location is hard to beat!** We're just around the corner from Columbia Road, home to the famous Sunday Flower Market, and only a few minutes' walk from Brick Lane, Shoreditch and all the brilliant cafes, pubs and restaurants the area has to offer. Despite being so central, the house is tucked away on a quiet cobbled street, away from the hustle and bustle.

**A bit about the house vibe:** We're hoping to find someone who'll fit in well with the house. Someone clean, considerate and easy-going, who enjoys a chat over a cup of tea or a pint in the pub, but equally has their own friends, interests and things going on outside the house.

It's a really lovely home in a fantastic part of London, and we're keen to find someone who'll enjoy living here as much as we do!
