Cosy double room with own bathroom

I’m accepting expressions of interest for a room I have in my flat in Hoxton / Shoreditch. The flat overlooks Regent’s canal and is in a popular location. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and your own bathroom. Bills will be included up to a certain amount.

You would be sharing with one other person (me). I have owned and lived in the flat for many years, although I was living in Spain until recently whilst on a sabbatical.

I’m open to a lodger who is friendly, respectful and a working professional. I’m easy going, work in law and into the outdoors, fitness, coffee, languages (hablo español!), and some occasional gaming. The flat is in a block made up of owner occupiers and long-term tenants - it’s not a party block.

Move-in date is flexible for the right lodger, but I’m in no rush - I’m willing to wait as long as needed to find the right person. If you feel we could be a good fit, feel free to get in touch. All the best, David.
