There are two female current Phd/Masters student housemates, who are staying for a second year as they like the house so much, and are looking for two others to share the house with.

Situated amidst the buzzing neighborhoods of Islington, Angel, Shoreditch, Hoxton, and Hackney, this is where the city's pulse meets your comfort zone. This house is located in a quiet tree lined no through road however it has easy transport links to your University and the City.

Transportation options are plentiful:
Tube: A quick 10-minute hop to get to either Angel or Old St tubes.
Bus: Seamless bus links to central London, just a stone's throw away on New North Road/Shoreditch Park . Check out the tfl. gov. uk website for routes.
Bike: Grab a Santander bike just 5 minutes away or securely store your own in our lockable storeroom.

Our spacious house is within walking/bike/bus/tube distance of top universities like UCL, City, Bayes Business School, SOAS, Crick Institute etc.

It was was really great. Not only was the location absolutely perfect, bang between university and the centre of town, Howard the landlord was always around to help us out. Friendly and approachable, he would solve our queries with a brush of the hand and be round that week to fix it.
