International Tenants
To pass references you will need a job earning over £24K (or £26.5 K for larger room) , a UK bank account and photo id. As an international arrival if this is not possible we take 3 months rent in advance and then you start to pay rent monthly from the 1st of each month. All payments are bank to bank so all amounts are traceable for your peace of mind.

About the Landlord
We understand that our tenants are busy people and that living in central London means saving at least an hour a day commuting, not to mention hundreds of pounds a year in travel costs.
