Rent is £1200 pcm, this includes ALL bills for water, gas, electricity, internet and council tax.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a 3 story block. Its the first door as soon as you enter the block (which has a secure door that requires a fob key to enter)

-Kitchen is spacious fitted with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas oven and hob and other everyday items such as a microwave and kettle as well as cutlery and dinner set.

-Bathroom comprises of a brand new shower, toilet with bidet and vanity sink with a mirrored cabinet to store your toiletries. This is the main bathroom and will only be used by you and one other tenant.

Location: it's only a 5-7 minutes walk from Old street. Very close to Shoreditch (3-4 min walk) and Angel (7 min bus which is located directly in front of the flat, or 15 min walk) too, where you'll find loads of great places to have a drink or grab some food. We have Argos, Tesco, Co-op and Sainsbury's quite close to us as well as a brand new Aldi. Regents Canal is also 5 mins from the home.

The current tenants are a couple who share the third room which is an ensuite. Both of whom work. Both tenants are very friendly but respect privacy of others. They are very clean and take turns cleaning with the other tenants. The third tenant has just moved in, she is doing her second masters and is a very nice, friendly and intelligent person.

We are looking for someone friendly to move in, either student or professional, doesn't matter but need someone clean as we consider this a home. Someone who won't be making a tonne of noise (not a party place) and respect that other tenants work hard so wish to come home to a quiet, chilled place.
