We are up on the 8th floor and the flat is south-facing, so it is ridiculously bright. We have a big living room with a huge TV all open plan.
Private Terrace: We have a massive south-facing balcony with panoramic, direct views over the River Thames and the Thames Barrier. Perfect for a morning coffee or evening drinks.
Free On-Site Gym & Sauna: As a resident, you get full access to the development's private gym and sauna!
The Location:
It's only 5 minutes walk to Pontoon Dock DLR station and then only 10 minutes to Canary Wharf or 20 minutes to the City so the commute is really convenient.
Plenty of local restaurants, cafes, and shops right on our doorstep, plus easy access to the Excel Centre.
About Us:
You’ll be sharing with two lads in their early 20s. We are both young professionals working in the City. We like the football and like a drink and know where the good pubs are.
