Commuting:

A 15-minute walk, to Acton Town Underground Station (Piccadilly or District Line).
5 minutes walk to South Acton Overground. (Connects to District & Bakerloo line line. Alternatively, you arrange residential parking for right outside the house.

Shops:
You can walk to Chiswick high street, or to Acton high street, you can find shopping malls, delicatessen, beautiful boutiques, and various pubs.

The flat:
A minimalist, elegant, refurbished home, with a power wash machine & dryer, top range kitchen appliances, including microwave, fridge & freezer, plenty of cupboard spaces, and white Granite work tops. Enjoy reliable fibre-optic Wi-Fi, plus a private flat screen TV in your bedroom!

The flat is maintained very well; we love to keep all shared spaces clean & tidy. We treasure tranquillity and quite a home.
We look for a non-party person, who also loves it calm and quiet, so we are looking for a mature non-party, - ‘socializing outside’- flat mate.

We are two females, British and Swiss, and a male from Hong Kong, (ages between 26-40+).
One works from home, two work hybrid.
We all are busy, and often just see each other making tee, and have a quick laugh.
