Huge Double Room in South Bank, Bills Included

AVAILABLE 16 NOVEMBER 2026 TO 20 APRIL 2027 ONLY

I’ll be abroad during this period and I’m looking for someone to stay in my room while I’m away. The room is available from 16 November 2026 and no earlier, until approximately 20 April 2027.

Minimum stay: 2 months. Ideally 4 months or longer.

Very large, bright and fully furnished room in the heart of South Bank, just off the Thames and close to Blackfriars Bridge.

The room is unusually spacious for central London, with a queen size bed, a sofa, an armchair, TV, large desk/workspace, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Its size allows for separate sleeping, working and sitting areas, making it particularly comfortable for someone who works from home or simply wants much more space than a standard London bedroom.

The room is part of a three bedroom apartment in Rennie Court, a well established residential building on the South Bank. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, main bathroom with bath and shower, plus a separate second toilet and sink. There is no shared living room.

I share the flat with two male professionals in their mid twenties to early thirties. They are friendly, clean and considerate, and the atmosphere is relaxed and respectful.

The building has a 24 hour concierge, a terrace and well maintained communal areas, with a Waitrose immediately downstairs.

LOCATION

The Thames and Blackfriars Bridge are just moments away, and much of central London is within walking distance.

Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations are all within easy walking distance, with excellent Tube, National Rail and bus connections.

Tate Modern, Borough Market and the National Theatre are all nearby, along with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, gyms and cultural venues.

ABOUT THE SUBLET

The rent is £1,500 per month, including all bills.

I’m looking for someone clean, considerate and respectful of a shared home. A professional or mature student would be ideal.

The sublet will be arranged with my landlord’s approval. If we both feel it could be a good fit, I’ll put you directly in touch with him to discuss the formalities.
