We are looking for a friendly, considerate housemate for our beautiful home in South Ealing/Northfields area.

The house has been renovated to a high standard. There are 2 large living areas. There is also a patio area with a big landscaped garden right next to the kitchen.

The is a large room with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space with 2 big wardrobes.

All bills are included:

Parking on the street is available with a permit.

There are great transport links.
Northfields station (Piccadilly Line, Zone 3) - 7 minute walk
South Ealing station (Piccadilly Line, Zone 3) - 8 minute walk
Brentford National rail station - 15 minute walk
Ealing Broadway Station (District Line & Central Line, Zone 3) - 10-15 minutes by bus

This is a very nice, safe and quite neighbourhood.

Lovely areas like Chiswick, Kew and Richmond are only 10-20 minutes by bus. There is easy access to Central London and Heathrow with A4 and M5 being right near the house.

There are plenty of parks nearby - Blondin, Lamas, Walpole, Boston Manor, Gunnersbury, Syon, Osterley, Kew gardens, Chiswick house gardens, etc.

You'll be sharing with an easy going, friendly and professional couple and our fluffy cat Luna. We enjoy travelling, catching up with friends, movies, concerts, Rugby, classical music, pub quizzes, etc.
We also have another flatmate Nick who works at Kew gardens.

We are looking for a great housemate that will get along with us and look after the house like their own.

Also to be transparent, we are expecting a baby in early July. We are upstairs in the loft and this room is on the floor below so probably won't hear the baby much (and not all babies cry apparently). We are only looking to rent it out for 3-9 months but maybe a little bit longer for the right flatmate.
