Looking for a new housemate to join a bright, well-sized flat near West Hampstead/Finchley Road, as my current flatmate is moving out.
Rent: £1030
Bills: Approx. £120 per month
The room is a good size and comes with plenty of storage — including an ottoman bed, built-in wardrobe, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk suitable for working from home.
Location:
• ~7 minutes’ walk to Finchley Road or Swiss Cottage stations
• 10–15 minutes to West Hampstead Overground
• 5 minutes to South Hampstead Overground
Housemates:
Harriet – I’m 25 from Dorset, and have lived in London for over 3 years and work in Consulting. Outside of work, I enjoy seeing friends, reformers Pilates, running and swimming.
Lewis - is 26, working in finance. He’s been in London for 3 years. In his free time, he enjoys socialising, pub trips, and running.
We like to keep the vibe of the flat chilled, clean, friendly, and respectful.
Our contract ends on 21 August but we should be able to renew
