Spacious Ensuite Room Available in Finchley Road

Looking for a female flatmate to take over my room from early November (move-in date negotiable). I’m sadly moving out of the country, which is the only reason I’m giving up this room!

The room is available until the end of December on a joint tenancy takeover. It can be extended beyond that if things work out, so do get in touch even if you want something longer and are happy to discuss it. It is quite spacious, gets plenty of natural sunlight and has an ensuite.

You'd be sharing with two women in their mid twenties, both in graduate school. The flat is on a quiet residential street just off Finchley Road, so the street is calm but everything is a couple of minutes away.

It is a 2 minute walk to Finchley Road station, which gives you the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines and about 20 minutes into central London. South Hampstead on the Overground is a few minutes away, and West Hampstead is walkable if you need the Thameslink. Buses run constantly along Finchley Road. There are several supermarkets (Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s) within a short walk, plus the cafes and shops on West End Lane. Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill are both walking distance.

The flat is a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. There is a separate TV room as well as a living room, a full kitchen with appliances and a washer-dryer, and some outdoor space off the kitchen. My room has its own en-suite, so you would not be sharing a bathroom.

Everything is furnished. The room comes with the bed, table and chair, and the kitchen and the rest of the flat are furnished too. You would not need to buy anything to move in, which helps if you are only here for a few months.

The room is £1,300 per month, without bills, and we can discuss this further if you’re interested. The property is subject to council tax band E, which is waived for interested students (as the house will be occuppied by all students). For non-students, a single-person discount will be in effect.

We're looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with. The flat is relaxed and friendly. We cook together fairly often and often end up exploring London as a group, but none of it is obligatory. Looking for someone who would be open to integrating into this household dynamic :)
