A little about myself (your flatmate):
I'm 29 from HK, but have lived in the US, Indonesia, China, and Singapore too. In my free time, I like to play racket sports, consume art/film/design, and do a bit of film photography. I work as a senior product manager at a real estate commercial services company. I mostly wfh, with 1-2 days in the office a week.

What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a considerate and respectful flatmate who is great at sharing the responsibilities of flat upkeep first and foremost. That means cleaning up after yourself, tidying the space, cleaning without being prompted etc. Beyond that I would love to be friends, host dinners together, and catchup every now and then. I am respectful of your personal space and would want the same in return. Bonus if you have a cat as I would love to welcome a furry companion to the household :)

It been amazing living here. We're equidistant (10 mins) from the finchley road jubilee station and west hampstead mildmay line, and close to a few supermarkets (Waitrose, japanese supermarket, Sainsbury) as well.

Council tax and bills are not included, and they average £250 a month.
