Chelsea Double (Own Bath+Own Living Room)

Minimum 3 weeks, maximum 10 weeks..
Inside a cosy, elegant apartment, a room with double bed, private bathroom just outside. AND your own private living/dining room during the week! The other lodger is lovely, works very long hours during the week, and doesn’t cook, so the remainder of the flat will very much feel like it’s just for you.

This is one of the prettiest parts of Chelsea, on a very quiet street.  Cozy "homey" vibe with paintings, thick curtains, antique furniture etc. 
I cant seem to update the postcode, so please check location suits you transport wise (sw10 0jn): 4 tube stops are all 20mn walk away or a 5 min bus ride. Lots of buses going to all directions.
- Walk in kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped- Big living room with dining table-2nd floor walk up, view on communal garden
Note-not a party flat: occasional guests are fine of course ( eg once a week, more by separate agreement)
-Possibly better suited to a guy as not that much storage, although I could move things around to create some more if needed

Costs:
-bills not included: allow for an extra £150/month
-stays shorter than a month become £500/ week (25 days strict minimum)
-Couples: only at a premium of an additional £200/month
