Room in quiet shared house.

My house is comfortable, has all mod cons, and a newly refurbished bathroom. The room is cosy and has a double bed.

I have a large shared open planned lounge/dining downstairs, with a fully equipped kitchen.

The garden is well maintained and a pretty space to relax in during the summer.

It is on a friendly residential street with a swimming pool and gym, shops, takeaways, a pub at one end and the beautiful South Norwood Country Park at the other.

It is ideally situated for transport to London via Norwood Junction train station 10 min walk and 10 min journey to London Bridge. Gatwick, is 20 mins from East Croydon station which is easily accessed by bus or tram both a five-minute walk away.

I have successfully rented the room through Airbnb for the past eight years and have obtained and maintained super host status.

I'm creative and working from home, although I am applying for outside jobs at the moment. The house is a bit quirky. And would suit a fellow creative person. I have a black and white cat called Kittie, who's friendly but getting old.

PLEASE NOTE: The rent does not include bills, which are an extra £220 per month, but includes everything.
