Norwood has enough parks and greenery to get in a run or a walk and as an up-and-coming area, still affordable, with a couple of craft beer shops, markets, and cafes within walking distance.

Property is a spacious 3-Bed Victorian, with a large kitchen, a dining area and bright, large windows overlooking the garden space. There is a front room/lounge for all to relax in plus a shed out back for storage.

We are brothers, current owners and we live in the property; we are polite and clean, we enjoy our own space but also enjoy going out and annoying the city. We're looking for someone who will respect the house but also make themselves at home.

Bills and fast WiFi are included (there is a mesh node in this room). Also, there is a new boiler and a new sofa.
