Stunning, light double room for July-September

Hello!

I have a gorgeous double bedroom (with desk!) in my beautiful large house with garden available from 28th September.

The house is in an incredibly quiet Cul-de-sac and less than a 10 minute walk from Norwood Junction station, the high street, Norwood country park and the pretty Norwood Lakes.

Norwood junction is very well connected and only 12 minutes from London Bridge. There are also direct trains to Gatwick Airport, Luton Airport, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Canada Water, Shoreditch and Highbury and Islington.

The area has lots going on with brunch cafes and coffee shops, craft beer, yoga studio, veggie café, an artisan cheese and wine shop....It’s also really a very short bus ride away from Crystal Palace Triangle and all the fab bars restaurants, Everyman Cinema etc.

You would be living with me and my gorgeous rescue cat Dylan. (I own the property) I am a cellist and play in an orchestra in London. I’m away a fair bit on tour and work strange (anti social 😭) hours and am often not around evenings and weekends. I absolutely love Yoga, travel and cooking at home when I have the time. I have lived in my house with a few different lodgers from Spareroom during the last six years and have always found the most lovely housemates!

I have lived in the area for six years and love my home. The neighbours have all become great friends of mine and we have an awesome little community here.
It is very important that whoever comes to live here will look after the place well as it’s special to me. Someone who likes cats would be perfect as mine is very curious and adores company :)
The rental price includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. I look forward to hearing from you :)
