Stunning, large double room available 1st March

Hello!

I am going to work abroad for three months so have a gorgeous and huge king size double bedroom in my beautiful Victorian house (with garden) available from 1st March for three months ( very small potential to extend)

The house is in an incredibly quiet Cul-de-sac and less than a 10 minute walk from Norwood Junction station, the high street, Norwood country park and the pretty Norwood Lakes.

Norwood junction is very well connected and only 12 minutes from London Bridge. There are also direct trains to Gatwick Airport, Luton Airport, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Canada Water, Shoreditch and Highbury and Islington.

The area has lots going on with brunch cafes and coffee shops, craft beer, yoga studio, veggie café, an artisan cheese and wine shop....It’s also really a very short bus ride away from Crystal Palace Triangle and all the fab bars restaurants, Everyman Cinema etc.

You would be living with my lovely housemate Lydia (a Jazz singer) and gorgeous rescue cat Dylan. I own the property.

I have lived in the area for six years and love my home. The neighbours have all become great friends of mine and we have an awesome little community here.
It is very important that whoever comes to live here will look after the place well as it’s special to me. Someone who likes cats would be perfect as mine is very curious and adores company :)
The rental price includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. I look forward to hearing from you :)
