I am looking for a professional flat mate that is clean and likes to socialise. The ideal flat mate will be friendly and keen on developing a good relationship through the odd drink, meal or social together etc. I spend a lot of my spare time going to social events, Pubs, Bars, restaurants and Gym etc. I am also conscience of myself and others having their own space as I spend a lot of time studying and reading so this would also have to be an important element of our dynamic.

I am a keen music lover meaning I play music and produce/compose music in my bedroom pretty often, but always at appropriate times. So ensuring you are someone that is not too noise sensitive is a pretty important thing to think about before reaching out to me.
