Newly Decorated huge double room

Mum and Daughter (aged 13) have a spare room, we are looking for a young(ish) female to share our home. Either working or a student is fine. Fantastic transport links, easy short walk to Norwood junction station and 12mins to London Bridge or East Croydon. Really great station that gets you everywhere!

We are a busy easy going 2 person family and looking for an independent similar person. We have had a variety of people stay with us over the years and all worked out well. In our last property we were superhosts for Air B&B, so we work well with others around. Our home is chilled, not a party house, although chilling at the end of the day with a glass of wine goes without saying.
We have had a lot of work done on the property in the last few months and still have some work to do in due course but it is getting there.
